At SMART HABITAT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Any accessories, manuals, or included items must be returned with the product.
  • Certain items, such as clearance products, final sale items, or customized electronics, may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals.
  • Software, downloadable products, and gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer support team at [Customer Support Email] to initiate a return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items and offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for returns due to our error (defective or incorrect items).
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
